Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined below.
I have the right to decline any request that I am not comfortable with.All commissions are for personal use only, unless we discuss and agree upon a commercial use fee.Base Character Art Required: I do NOT design (at the moment) original characters from scratch. You must provide clear reference art or an existing design of your character for me to work from.

Since I do not design original characters, you must provide:
- Clear reference art of the character.
- Any specific details or features you want to be included (e.g., expressions, poses, outfits).
- Additional notes about personality or style preferences if necessary.

Payments and Refunds

- All payments must be made upfront or split (e.g., 50% upfront and 50% upon completion).
- Payments are made Ko-Fi or PayPal Only, No Exceptions.(This only apply for commissions out of VGen)
- Prices are in USD.
- Commissions will not begin until the payment is received.- Full refunds are only available if I have not started the commission.
- Partial refunds will depend on the progress made.

- For example:
- Sketch stage: 50% refund
- Final stages: No refund
- No refunds will be issued for completed work.- IF art is used for NFTs or AI-related, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED (Doesn't matter the stage of the commission)

Deadlines,Communication and Revision

- If you have a specific deadline, let me know before commissioning. Rush orders may incur an additional fee. (Check "Pricing" for the fee amount)
- Typical completion time is between 8 weeks - 10 weeks, depending on complexity and queue. Delays will be communicated.

- Communication will be conducted via Email and Discord
- Please provide clear and timely feedback to ensure a smooth process.

- You will receive progress updates (e.g., sketches, drafts) for feedback.
- Minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small tweaks) are included in the price.
- Major revisions (e.g., redesigning significant parts) after approval may incur additional charges.

Usage and Rights

- Personal Use: You may use the commissioned work for avatars, banners, personal prints, etc.
- Commercial Use: The commissioned artwork may also be used for commercial purposes, such as merchandise, promotional materials, streaming, or monetized content, without requiring an additional fee. (Already included in the price for the VROID MODELS ONLY)
- Credit: You must credit me as the artist if you post or use the artwork publicly.
- I retain the rights to the artwork and may use it for my portfolio, promotion, or social media (unless otherwise agreed upon).

Prohibited Use

- Do not claim the artwork as your own.
- Do not modify, trace, or resell the commissioned work without permission.
- Do not use the artwork for NFTs or AI-related purposes.

Reposting and Sharing

- You are allowed to repost the commissioned work with proper credit.
- Do not distribute high-resolution or unwatermarked files to others.

Selling the Models
- This decision has to be discussed with me before selling any of them.(This specially applies if I made the art)
-This includes models from giveaways, comissions, art trade and adoptables.
-Adoptables may NOT be sold for more than 25% more of the price you bought it from me.

Agreement

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the following:- You have read, understood, and accepted all the terms outlined.
- You agree to provide all necessary information, references, and details required for the successful completion of the commission.
- You understand that the commissioned work is subject to my artistic interpretation and style, and while I will strive to meet your vision, minor variations may occur.
- You agree to the payment structure and refund policy, including any additional fees for revisions, rush orders, or commercial usage as discussed.
- You accept that I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork, as specified in the Usage and Rights section, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- You acknowledge that failure to comply with the terms, including unauthorized use or redistribution of the artwork, may result in legal action.
- You confirm that you are legally authorized to engage in this transaction and are not commissioning for unlawful or unethical purposes.
-If you violate any of the guidelines previously mentioned you are aware and agree that any right you had over the model will be terminated.By proceeding with payment or providing formal confirmation, you affirm that you fully agree to these terms and conditions.

What is VRoid?
VRoid is a 3D modeling platform designed for creating anime-style avatars. These avatars can be used in virtual environments such as VRChat, streaming (VTube Studio, PrprLive, etc.), or gaming. VRoid models are fully rigged and compatible with various platforms, making them perfect for both personal and professional use.

What I offer:
- Fully Rigged 3D Model: A VRoid Studio-based model ready for use in VRChat, streaming, or other platforms.
- Custom Textures: High-quality, hand-painted textures to match your character’s design.
- Detailed Features: Hair, outfit, and accessories designed to your specifications using provided reference art.

Custom Designs: Each emote is created based on your specific requests. Whether you're looking for cute, expressive, or themed emotes, I’ll tailor each one to match your style and personality.High-Quality Artwork: Every emote is hand-drawn with attention to detail, ensuring it looks sharp and vibrant even at small sizes.Template for Consistency: A template created by another artist will be used for all emotes in your commission to maintain consistent proportions, style, and design throughout. You will need to select your emote choices from this template sheet to ensure that each emote is cohesive.Versatile Emotes: Emotes can be designed for multiple platforms, such as Twitch, Discord, or even personal use. You’ll receive them in the required sizes for the platform(s) you're using (e.g., 28x28px, 56x56px for Twitch).Clear Communication: I will provide progress updates throughout the process, including rough drafts and final versions. This gives you an opportunity to request any adjustments or feedback.Minor Revisions: The base price includes small changes to ensure the emotes match your vision (e.g., color adjustments or small tweaks).File Formats: You’ll receive your emotes in PNG format with transparent backgrounds, ready to upload wherever you need them.Ownership and Usage: You’ll have full usage rights for the emotes (personal or commercial). This includes use in your streaming channels, social media, and more.
